I highly recommend Web Dynamics. LA has been amazing to work with throughout the whole process. She is professional, supportive, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping bring your vision to life. LA is also very knowledgeable when it comes to advertising and social media growth. She has been working closely with my social media accounts and helping me better understand how to increase awareness, reach more people, and generate more sales for my business. The communication, support, and overall service have been excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to many other companies out there. If you are looking for a trustworthy and passionate team, I would definitely recommend Web Dynamics and working with LA who is very professional and passionate about what she does.

Terrible company! Spent thousands of dollars and got zero results. All of their staff is overseas. They did little to no research on my company before they started posting. I had to demand that they knew more about my company and what we did before they put any ads together. Seems like they have massive turnover and then whenever I had a new account manager they wouldn't call me until I finally tried to reach out to them. They told me four times that they would call me back before they actually did and then gave me a massive runaround about why the ads they were putting together weren't working.

One of the worst organisations to ever have dealt with. Poor quality content by their team sitting in Manila that has absolutely no idea about marketing. Non existent customer service, dispute resolution is a joke and they deducted money even after contract had ended until we blocked the card. They also do not provide invoices and receipts, making us wonder their integrity. We will be reporting them to IRS to ensure their books are looked into.

Similar to Rania’s review below, I was initially unsatisfied with the amount of time that went by before I got anything to even review. I had to keep asking and following up. What I ended up getting was very generic and not at all like what was originally shown to me at the time of sales. Just like Rania, I was told they would do better, and they did step it up with the content and my Ads looked much better. I had asked for a refund at the beginning, but decided to just go with the new Ads. It was understood that we would part ways at the end of the month, though. After getting the parting ways email and text from them, I came to find out that I was charged for another month. Since then I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my texts and emails. Blessie, who was helping me, is completely unavailable now or unresponsive at least. Here I am yet again having to take this course of action to get my payment refunded because no one responds otherwise.

We have had an amazing experience with Web Dynamics. Our Rep LA (Louis) has been absolutely amazing. She listens to our goals and creates appropriate campaigns to grow our business. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Web Dynamics does outstanding work overall. Very professional images and videos. I would highly Recommend them to anyone wanting to grow their business!

This company 2 months ago I told them, I didn't have a way to put information online, they said that's okay, I gave them the do Facebook, Instagram, etc. I told them not to charge me but one time now, they're charging me twice the job never got done. Don't go with the company that don't know how to listen to their customers. I've been wanting a full refund.I still haven't got it back

Terrible experience.I waste $3000 because I believe what they said and I accepted the deal at the front.After signed up with them.They did not even do what they suppose to do.I waste my time,my money ,confident to do any business with other companies,All I can say they are very amateur.Do not believe what they say at all and good luck with all the hustling with meetings,payments recharge etc BIG NOOO
